Climate Change
Following the United Nations endorsement of the second
Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change of
1995, that confirms climate change as a reality with serious adverse
consequences for all nations of the world, and following the Lesotho's
ratification of the UNFCCC. The UNFCCC has its objective
"stabilization of green house gas concentration in the atmosphere
at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference
with climate system".
